Position Overview: GIM seeks to appoint a highly energetic individual for its Management Development Program Team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing smooth operations and execution of various management development programs organized at GIM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Management
  1. Planning and Coordination: Ability to plan the entire MDP, including scheduling sessions, coordinating with faculty, and managing resources.
  2. Budgeting: Skill in creating and managing budgets for the program, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  3. Preparing Calendar, Brochure, Proforma Invoice, Feedback, etc.
  • Communication
  1. Effective Communication: Strong communication skills to convey program objectives, expectations, and updates to participants, faculty, and stakeholders (External vendor/Logistic support/Internal Dept, etc.)
  2. Listening Skills: Ability to understand the needs and expectations of participants, faculty, and other stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management
  1. Relationship Building: Building and maintaining positive relationships with participants, faculty, sponsors, and other key stakeholders.
  2. Conflict Resolution: Ability to address conflicts and challenges that may arise during the program.
  3. Quick and effective problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges.
  • Technology Proficiency
  1. Well conversant with MS-Office, Acrobat Editor & Proficiency in using virtual platforms for online sessions and webinars.
  • Quality Assurance
  1. Continuous Improvement: A commitment to assessing and improving the quality of the MDP through participant feedback and industry best practices.
  2. Attention to Detail: Ensuring that all aspects of the program, from content delivery to logistics, meet high-quality standards.
  • Time Management
  1. Efficient Planning: Effectively managing time and resources to ensure the timely and successful execution of the MDP.
Essential Qualification & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite – (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to learn and contribute
  • Go getter attitude
